Good location by the water with nice bar and menu, modern clean rooms, helpful staff. Walk to attractions, canal boats and Hop-on-Off buses outside. Enjoyable city walk with coffee shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Dry and hot weather during stay.

We were impressed by the fine location of the hotel, with easy access to water-based activities and just a short walk to the city center. The rooms were impeccably clean and we loved our water-facing view. The staff provided really good service, even holding our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city. a wonderful experience.

The highlight of my stay was the Executive Lounge. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. The evening happy hour, with free beer and wine, was a nice touch. The staff in the lounge were excellent, providing attentive service.

Cleanliness was superb, with well-maintained and nicely decorated rooms. The hotel facilities, including the gym and sauna, were great. The location in the city centre was ideal, with easy access to the riverside area, Turku Castle, and supermarkets. The breakfast was perfect, with a wide selection of delicious options. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were pretty good too make our experience nice. They extended our check-out time and upgraded our room to one with a view of the river. The hotel is well-positioned, close to the city center by the canal, making it easy to explore all the attractions on foot. We also enjoyed the delicious brunch on Sundays with a great variety of food options and excellent service.

Amazing location, with a beautiful view of the canal from the 9th floor room. The staff was friendly and helpful. A short walk to the train station and a shopping mall, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

The curtains in the room did not make it dark enough, which could be a problem during the midnight sun.

We stayed in a hotel located close to the station and in the super touristy area of Nyhavn. The room was extremely comfortable and clean with a fantastic view of the harbor. The staff were very helpful, providing us with information on things to do and places to visit. The hotel had a shop at the entrance and was conveniently close to the city center by the canal.

The water pressure in the bathroom could be improved.

The hotel room had a amazing view of the water, making our stay peaceful and enjoyable. The nearby attractions such as Tivoli Gardens and the meat-packing district provided plenty of entertainment options. We found the concierge to be very helpful, offering useful tips and suggestions. Cabs were readily available and the hotel provided storage for our belongings after check-out. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, only a 10-minute walk from the train station and on the Sydhaven canal. It is also right next to Tivoli park, making it convenient for enjoying outdoor activities. The rooms are clean and decent sized, with comfortable beds. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a spa, business center, and a nice bar and restaurant. Guests also appreciate the helpful service provided by the concierge.

The hotel falls short of the luxury you would expect from a five-star establishment.

This hotel exudes luxury with its exclusive amenities like the Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam room, Sun terrace, and Beach umbrellas. the service provided by the staff is impeccable and the in-room breakfast is delightful. the Restaurant offers an exquisite menu with a variety of dishes to choose from.

Although the hotel is conveniently located, it was a bit further from the city center than we anticipated.

the room advantages were impressive, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and a beautiful view of the canal. the bar/lounge area was stylish and comfortable, serving refreshing drinks with a beautiful view. the sauna and steam room facilities were top-notch, and the sun terrace was spacious and relaxing.

the quality of the food was excellent and made up for the limited options.
